2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you enter yourself: name, phone number, e-mail address, car make and model and the content of your message. When you visit the website, technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may also be created if we use cookies or analytics.
3. Why and on what legal basis we process data
- Answering your enquiry, preparing a quote and providing the service – contract or pre-contractual steps (General Data Protection Regulation, Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Operation and security of the website, visit statistics and measuring advertising – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) or your consent where it is required for cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Fulfilling accounting and tax obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved if you are not a customer. We keep customer relationship and invoice data for the period required by law, and accounting documents for 7 years. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Who we share data with
Data may be processed on our behalf by our website hosting and e-mail providers, our accounting service provider and Google (Google Maps, Google Analytics / Site Kit, Google Ads, Google Fonts) where these are used on the website. We do not sell data to third parties. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent at any time.
